Double the Stock on Peak Sale Times

7 Oct, 2009  |  Written by spidolhitam  |  under MY SHOP

Every weekend I have a tremendeous increase of sales on my little shop. This mean about 100 – 200 transactions per day.

Using my 1 : 10 ratio means that I must have an equal stock enough to cover 1000 – 2000 transactions. This means that I should have enough capital to handle the situation.

I could just stick to my regular stock but usually I ended up in a mess during the next monday. I have to lost almost 50 percent deals during my opening hour. I have to rush to the grocer or distribution agent to fill my shop with the ideal stock needed.

Watching your business grow no matter how small, no matter how slow, no matter what people is laughing or underestimate you. Is a proud thing to do. Just look forward and reach your goals, one small step at a time.
