my answer :

hi i am not a citizen of the united states, but if im allowed to talk, the bailout act is i think what any president would do regardless what party or political stance cause its the choice of letting the nation collapse today or tomorrow.

not all debt has interest, or not all interest are at the same rate. the choice is actually on the people hands, will they use the chance to recover (like the german or japan has already done), or they mess with it and collapse the nation within their own hands.

what u must do is keeping an eye where the money goes and is it used in the right direction.
